| Description: | The Corvette Club of Utah will hold their annual Awards Banquet at The Oakridge Country Club in Farmington, UT. Social starting at 6:00 pm, dinner following at 7:00 pm. The Annual Award Banquet will be held to recognize members that have been in the club for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years or more. Also, the Club Member of the Year will be announced. Finally, those funny events that occur on our club trips will be presented. Menu Selections Chicken Picatta Flour dredged breast of chicken, pan seared and finished with lemon-caper-cream pan sauce, Served with mashed red potatoes and fresh vegetables Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin Pan seared pork tenderloin medallions, fresh rosemary, garlic, rich pan jus Served with roasted red potatoes and fresh vegetables. Dessert: NY Cheese Cake Creamy cheesecake topped with a fresh berry compote Prices for either entree is $25.00 per person. Price for additional guests beyond the 2 meals per membership will be $35.00. Deadline for registration and payment is Mar 22, 2022 You can Register at the January, February, or March Club meeting or any Club function. Please remember you must register and payment must be received prior to the March 22nd cut off date. You can signup for the awards banquet using the button above.
