| Description: | We have been invited to participate with the Northern Utah Mustang Owners Association's Memorial Day Cruise. We will be meeting at 9:00 am at the Garage Grill in Draper, UT The Mustang Club will provide a few light breakfast items. The Garage Grill will be open for a short time for those that have not seen the very cool restaurant, grab a beverage or coffee, and please look around. It is suggested that your bring your own chairs. Approx. 9;30am we then will head off to Steve Pruitt’s collection (Corsa Motorsports) Steve is founder of Salt Flats Brewing and longtime race car driver and team owner. He competed at the highest echelon of racing in the U.S., Steve owns several restaurants including the (2) Garage Grill Locations. We will head toward the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon to see his private collection. (approx. 13 Minutes) Arrive no earlier than 10 am, Address: 3963 Alpine Valley Circle, Sandy, UT NOTE: I will have the cruise map and details on the mountain cruise to hand-out that morning. After we tour his garage, we will be taking a mountain cruise with a short stop in Kamas.(Approx. 1-hr.) To see a map, click: HERE From Steve’s we will be taking N. Little Cottonwood Road (Hwy. 210) to Wasatch Blvd. connecting to I-215 heading North to Parley’s Canyon (I-80), we will be taking the Wanship (Exit 155) and heading south on State Road 32 past Rockport Reservoir, through Oakley, and into Kamas and stopping at the 7-Eleven, address: 220 S Main St., Kamas, UT (The 7-11 has a large parking area (+) parking along the Street) After our stop we will be heading through Francis down into Heber City, then down Provo Canyon.
